Information we collect
- Information you give us. If you book a call through our scheduling page, you provide your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include. If you email or text us, we receive what you send.
- Usage information. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, the link that brought you here, and your approximate location. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers.
- Business identification. We use Apollo.io, which estimates the company a visitor may be associated with based on network information. This is about organizations, not a way to identify you by name.
How we use it
- To respond to you and provide the services you ask about.
- To improve the site and our marketing.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.
Cookies and your choices
We do not load analytics or business-identification tools until you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time using the Your Privacy Choices link in the footer of every page. Declining does not affect your use of the site. You can also block cookies in your browser settings and use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example Google for analytics, Apollo.io for business identification, Calendly for scheduling, and GitHub for website hosting), when required by law, or if our business is transferred. Sharing information with advertising and analytics providers can count as "sharing" for targeted advertising under California law; you can opt out using the banner or the footer link.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted, you agree that Kevin Graham / SMB AI Partners may call or text you, including automated texts, about the services you asked about. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
Retention
We keep the information you send us as long as needed to follow up with you and run our business, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sharing of your information. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. To make a request, email kevin@smbaipartners.com and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to confirm your identity before we act.
Children
This site is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
