We promise that within 12 months of our partnership, our services will generate a return of at least three times your investment.

How the Guarantee Works

Our promise is simple: If, after 12 full months of service, your business has not achieved a 3X return on investment based on the metrics we track together, we will continue to provide our full monthly retainer services at no charge until that milestone is reached.

Defining the Terms for Clarity

To ensure a transparent partnership, we define the terms of the guarantee as follows:

1. The "Investment"

The Investment is calculated as the total of all fees paid directly to SMB AI Partners within the 12-month guarantee period. This includes:

• One-time setup and implementation fees.
• All monthly retainer and management fees.

This calculation does not include any third-party costs, such as software subscription fees or advertising spend paid to platforms like Google or Meta.

2. The "Return"

The Return is the total value generated by our systems. We measure this together during our Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and calculate it as the sum of two key areas:

• Directly Attributable Revenue: New revenue that can be clearly traced back to our AI and loyalty campaigns (e.g., sales from a "We Miss You" SMS offer, bookings generated by an AI chatbot).
• Operational Savings: The value of time saved by our automation systems. We will agree upon a conservative hourly rate for your or your staff's time (e.g., $50/hour). If our systems save you 10 hours in a month, that constitutes a $500 return for that month.

Our Partnership Commitment

This guarantee is a two-way partnership. Its validity is contingent upon the client's good-faith participation in the process, which includes:

• Attending Scheduled Reviews: Participating in our regular Quarterly Business Reviews to track progress and adjust strategy.
• Providing Access: Granting timely access to the necessary business information and data required to implement and measure our systems.
• Active Engagement: Making a reasonable effort to support the strategies we agree upon during our reviews.
